| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑思辨法、访谈法,从系统观出发,对我国学校军训与学校体育发展现状进行了研究。认为：1.）我国学校军训与学校体育的发展与外部环境关系是：随着环境和谐度的增长,学校军训力度减小,而学校体育的力度增大。环境和谐度减小,则反之。2.）我国学校军训与学校体育发展的内部环境：一是管理机构的微观系统（校内）存在互补性缺陷,二是课程改革效果有待加强,三是教师身份认识模糊;这些内部环境问题（还有指导思想）,实际是他们的关系没有理顺,没有明白何者是第一位,何者是第二位。
