| 摘 要： | 学科目录逻辑、问题导向逻辑和单位逻辑是目前我国研究型大学基层学术组织的现实逻辑基础,其中存在着许多问题和矛盾,在一定程度上偏离了学术本位的原则,需要遵循学术本位的原则和回应社会的原则,从基于知识论的学术逻辑出发,反思与重构多样性、自组织的学术组织及其治理机制,并改革相应的管理体制,如以学科逻辑作为基本的逻辑基础,以问题逻辑作为重要的逻辑基础,逐步转为市场逻辑,持续提高研究型大学传承和发展高深学问的能力。

Logic Basis of Basic-level Academic Organization in Chinese Research-oriented Universities |

| Abstract: | Discipline contents logic, problem-oriented logic, and unit logic are the present realistic logic basis of basic-level academic organization in Chinese research-oriented universities, among which various of problems and contradictions have made it deviate from the principle of academic standard to some extent. It is required that we should follow the priciples of academic standard and response to society, start from the academic logic based on theory of knowledge to reflect and reconstruct the diversity, the self-organizing academic organization and its rectification mechanism, and reform corres ponding management system. For example, taking discipline logic as a basic logic and taking problem logic as an important logic basis so as to gradually turn to market logic and continuously promote the ability for the research-oriented universities to inherit and develop advanced learning. |
