| Abstract: | According to understanding to higher vocational education and effect of examination, we have to reform traditional method of examination, which is choosing content and criterion of examination basis on target of courses and choosing form and means of examination according to content of examination. We could achieve the practice teaching results to intensify skill training of plant tissue culture through examination and competition. |
