| 摘 要： | 厘清了晚清朝廷逐渐将最初由地方大臣管理的“官办”铁路收归朝廷统一管理的过程。其间,中央管理机关更迭频繁,各铁路公司迟迟不将铁路的各方面资料上报。这些情况既反映了社会转型期表现于管理结构上的必然调整变换,也有权力交接上的朝廷与地方,中国与投资方国家的矛盾斗争。

| Abstract: | The article is about the railway management process,administrated by the local officials at first,but gradually,the late Qing Dynasty took over the administrative power.During the process,the central railway management shifted frequently,every railway company didn't want to report their data about all aspects of railway to the central goverment.The phenomena not only reflected the necessary adjustment and change of administrative system in the course of social transition,but also showed conflicts and struggles for power shifting between China and the foreign countries of investment,as well as between the central and local government. |
