| 摘 要： | 应用电子技术专业在多年的顶岗实习探索中,通过顶岗实习前的系列教育,缩短了顶岗实习的不适应期.通过订单培养、顶岗实习与就业一体化的实践,严格顶岗实习的考核评价等措施,有效地推进工学结合人才培养模式的实施,培养了面向生产实践的技术型、应用型人才.

| Abstract: | Discussed application of electronic technology in our hospital over the years that Ding Gang of professional practice to explore,through Dinggang pre-practice education and mobilization,shortening Dinggang suited internship period,by order training,Ding Gang internship and employment integration of practice,the strict practice of Ding Gang appraisal and evaluation and other means to promote the effective combination of engineering education,training model,developed a production-oriented practice,technology-,application-oriented talents. |
