| 摘 要： | 本文从四川中小企业特点出发,指出其战略定位应遵循优势性原则、适应性原则、创新性原则和民主性原则;认为中小企业战略定位是一个动态的过程,随着环境的变化和企业的发展,当原定战略不适应环境要求和自身发展需要时,必须重新审视及时进行战略转换,才能不断创新。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the analysis of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise in Sichuan.The authors discuss the principles for small and medium-sized enterprises to make development strategy.It is believed that the development strategy of enterprises is a dynamic process.As environment changes and enterprises develop,enterprises must examine themselves and change their strategies for ceaseless innovation. |
