| 摘 要： | 本文从技术创业家(包括风险企业家)角度、资本家(包括风险投资公司)的立场、政府研发单位现行的作法，在分析我国目前高科技产业技术创业形成的驱动力基础上，进一步深入研究我国高技术小企业的几种技术创业形成模式。并通过对技术创业高技术小企业动态发展的五阶段的实证研究，提出每一阶段的关键成功或失败因素(包括技术、财务能力、市场，销售，服务和人力资源等方面)和技术创业生命周期的识别方法。

| Abstract: | This paper highlights the view of technical entrepreneurs (also including venture entrepreneurs), capitalists (also including venture capital firms) and ways adopted by research and developing organizations from the government through the analysis of drive force, which pushed the formation of technology management in hi-tech industry. In the meantime, it will go further into the following models existing in the Chinese technical companies. In the end, the author of the paper intends to give the empirical evidence by suggesting five stages of how the technical companies develop dynamically so as to give the key factors (including the sides of technology, financial capability, marketing/sales/service, human resource and so on) which play in every stages of technical entrepreneurship and offer the identification of the life cycle of technical entrepreneurship. |
