| 摘 要： | 通过网络调查了美国几所著名大学图书馆读者权利管理的理念与方法,得出几点有益的启示,包括大学图书馆是学校的,也是社会的;读者的图书馆权利是"privilege",不是"right";图书馆权利设置是管理手段,更是服务方式。以此作为国内同行的参考。

| Abstract: | The article integrates the idea and means of the reader privilege management in some of the eminent American university libraries through the Internet. The investigation gets some helpful illuminations as following. The university library belongs to the university, also belongs to the society. The library privilege is "privilege" , not "right" . The setup of library privilege is not only one of the management means, but also one of the service methods. All is for reference to the domestic library society in China. |
