| 摘 要： | 福利国家制度是资本主义发展到一定阶段的产物。由于全球化与福利国家制度要求的矛盾与冲突 ,福利国家制度面临着严峻的挑战 :生产、资本、商品以及劳动的全球流动弱化了政府社会调控的能力、侵蚀了国家的税源。全球化改变了福利国家制度的政治和社会基础。随着全球化的日益加深和资本的全球扩张 ,资本主义的内在矛盾向全球扩展 ,从而带来资本主义固有矛盾的全球化

| Abstract: | The welfare state system is the product of capitalism at a certain developmental stage. However, this system is severely challenged nowadays by the contradictions and conflicts existing between globalization and the requirements for welfare. With the progress of globalization the flow of production, capital, commodities and labor becomes worldwide. Consequently, the controlling capacity of a government is weakened. Globalization thus shakes the political and social foundation of the welfare state system. The author concludes that as the global expansion process of capitalism deepens, its internal contradictions expand and globalize, too, resulting in globalization of the inherent contradictions of capitalism. |
