顾客知识整合对新产品开发绩效的影响

摘    要:通过理论分析和案例研究相结合的方法,发现市场环境的动态性、企业所研发新产品的技术成熟度以及顾客的特性都会影响新产品开发的绩效。研究结果表明,并不是所有的顾客知识都能促进新产品开发(NPD),企业应该在不同的条件下选择恰当的顾客进行知识整合。

Abstract:With the development of NPD management,more and more enterprises attach importance to customer.They try to integrate customers' knowledge into NPD by all means and improve NPD performance.Through theory analyzing and case studying we find that different dynamic market environment,the degree of technology maturation of developing product and the character of customers all will impact NPD performance.These results make clear that not all customers' knowledge improve NPD performance.Enterprises should select different customers in different environments.
