| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是在生态危机的日益加剧，人们为摆脱传统的发展模式的历史背景下产生的。从环境伦理学视角出发，以人与自然的道德关系为研究对象，探讨可持续发展现的主要内涵：环境价值尺度和在实现人类利益的过程中，体现了社会公平(代内公平、代际公平、国际公正)。并针对此情况，提出转换思维观念，加强培养生态道德品质，提高人类整体素质是实现可持续发展战略的可能对策。

| Abstract: | With the aggravation of the ecological crisis, the theory of sustainable development has been put forward. From the perspectives of environmental ethics, and taking the ethic relationship between human and nature as its study object, the present paper explores the main connotation of the sustainable development: the standard of environment value and presentation of the social justice (justice within a generation, justice between generations, and international justice) during the course of accomplishment of human interests. Based on this connotation, the paper proposes changing the thought conceptions, enhancing the ecological morals and improving the human overall qualities so as to come up with the possible countermeasures to achieve the sustainable development. |
