| 摘 要： | 基于Logistic模型，利用安徽大学中国三农问题研究中心670份有效问卷对农民工的身份认同问题进行研究，结果表明性别、20～30岁的年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、收入满意程度、以后是否打算回来、外出打工年数、从事行业、平均月收入、所换工作数目、工作之余打发时间方式、遇到问题找谁帮忙、是否参加过党团组织、加入的医疗保险和养老保险类型、人均承包土地、土地是否流转以及对流转费的满意程度等因素影响了农民工的身份认同。在实证分析的基础上，认为提高农民工的受教育水平、收入水平、丰富其业余文化生活以及完善农民工的社会保障制度是促进农民工融入城市生活的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The identity of migrant workers has an important influence on our country’s integration between urban and rural. The arti-cle mainly based on the Logistic model, the use of 670 valid questionnaires from Rural Areas and Farmers Research Center of Anhui Uni-versity Agriculture to study this problem. The results show that gender, age from 20 to 30 years, marital status, educational level, average income per month, income satisfaction, if go back years later, working years, the industry of engaged, amount of changing job, the way of kill time after work, finding who for help when encounter problems, whether attending party organization, the types of medical insurance and pension insurance of joining, contracted land per capita, whether the land to be moved and the satisfaction of transfer fee and so on af-fecting the identity of migrant workers. Therefore, on the base of empirical analysis, the author believes that improve migrant workers’ education level, income level, enrich their amateur culture life and perfect the system of social security are effective means to promote mi-grant workers adjust to the city life. |
