关于高等学校发展战略理念分类概念的思考

摘    要:近年来我国高等院校出现了"研究型大学"和"教学型大学"的提法,这两个概念的并列提出存在理论误区,在实践上会从发展战略的高度误导高校的办学思路,不利于高等教育"提高质量"、"优化结构",形成特色发展、多元优势互补的共同繁荣局面。

Abstract:Two conceptions have been recently mentioned in the higher education:one is "researching mode university"and the other is "teaching mode university".The opposite presentation of these two conceptions is a theoretical mistake which can lead to a wrong way of running school in practice and go against improving the quality of higher education,optimizing the structure and developing both in a professional and diversified way.
