| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》的颁布标志着我国民办教育法律体系的基本建立,对于促进和规范民办教育发展具有重大的意义。与《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》相比,《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》取得了不少重要突破和进步;但是,《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》的某些内容依然存在缺陷,有待于在今后的立法工作和教育实践中逐步予以完善。

| Abstract: | The enaction of the implemental regulation of nonWT-governmental education's development indicates the formation of the jurisprudence for non-governmental education.It is very significant for the non-government education's development.Compared with the law of non-governmental education's development ,the regulation has some important breakthrough and advancement.On the other side,this new law still has some shortcoming longed to be solved in the future's lawmaking. |
