摘    要:随着社会发展,科技竞争愈演愈烈,人才是推动科技发展的关键性要素,因此,培养社会与国家需要的高素质工程师人才成为当务之急.由麻省理工学院等提出的CDIO工程教育模式正符合这种人才的培养,在回顾国际工程教育改革背景以及分析哈尔滨理工大学物理类专业教育方案的基础下,从哈尔滨理工大学工程教育与人才培养模式改革出发,以课堂教学及考核制度为基础,以课外科研训练、科技竞赛等项目为延伸,提出了一种基于CDIO工程教育模式的物理类专业的人才培养方案.

Abstract:With the development of society, the science and technology competition have become more and more in- tense. Talents have become the key to promote the development of science and technology, so training high quality talents to meet society and national needs has been the urgent priority. However, the CDIO engineering education model proposed by MIT was suitable for training of engineer, and out paper proposed the idea of training program based on physical based on CDIO engineering education model, which is based on recalling the reform background of the international engineering education and analyzes the education program now. It is also based on classroom teaching and assessment system treating extracurricular research training, science and technology competitions and other projects as the extension, and suitable for the reform of engineering education in Harbin University of Science and Technology.
