| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料研究法、数理统计法和分析法对比法,对中外优秀女子三级跳远运动员的绝对速度、助跑速度及三跳百分比的技术进行对比分析。结果表明;同世界优秀女子三级跳远运动员相比,绝对速度还有明显差异;助跑速度也有一定差别,但有很大的潜力可挖;在三跳百分比中应缩短单足跳,稍加大跨步跳,最大限度提高第三跳的远度。

| Abstract: | Adopting the documents and materials to study the law,the statistic law of mathematics and physics and analytic approach are compared with the law,to China and foreign countries outstanding absolute speed,triple jumper of woman,, run-up speed three jump technology of percentage compare and analyse.The result shows~ Compared with triple jumper,out- standing woman of world,the absolute speed has obvious differences;There are certain differences too at the speed of run-up, but there is very great potentiality and can be dug;Jump percentage should is it is it strengthen skip maximum raise by third far degree jumped slightly to jump only to shorten in three. |
