钻井现场监控研究

摘    要:钻井现场数据采集系统是钻井现场的主要设备,能够有效地实现对钻井工作的实时监控.系统采用倍频技术,有效地解决了可变慢速转换的瞬时测量问题,同时,利用算术平均滤波、误差校正方法,在很大程度上提高了系统的稳定性.在介绍钻井现场数据采集系统结构的基础上,对系统性能进行分析.从实际使用和性能分析看本系统优于其他同类产品.

Abstract:The drilling data collect system is a important equipment in the drilling site, it can monitor the running conditiong of the drilling work effectively. The application of frequency multiplication technology in this system, solved the measure problem of the variational slow conversion. The arithmetic average filtering and the error correction improved the reliability of the system greatly. It introduced the structure of the system at first, and on the base of this it analysed the function of this system. From the usage and the function, it draw the conclusion that this system is better than other similar products.
