| 摘 要： | 酒店业的快速发展需要大量的应用型酒店服务人才。为了满足这种需求，新疆职业大学与海德酒店、鸿福大饭店开展合作，构建并实施了“联合培养、共同考核、双向选择、企业使用”“一条龙”式的“联姻”校企合作教育模式。学校通过在酒店管理专业的校企合作实践，践行了市场需求、产学结合、就业导向的高职教育办学理念。

| Abstract: | Because of the rapid development of hotel trade, a great many attendants are required. In order to meet the need of it, Xinjing Vocational University cooperated with Haidi Hotel and Hongfu Hotel in setting up the cooperative education model between the university and the enterprises. Both sides take the measure of training and examining jointly. The jobs will be chosen by the student, while the students will be chosen and used by enterprises. It realized the guiding principle of running a Higher Vocational university - combination among market requirements, enterprise and universities, and employment guide. |
