| 摘 要： | 企业文化是企业的灵魂,良好的企业文化是企业发展的巨大推力,要使企业持续健康发展,必须加强自身的企业文化建设。本文阐述了高沟电缆企业文化建设的现状和存在的问题,并提出建设企业文化的策略,以期为其他企业的文化建设提供参考和借鉴。
