| 摘 要： | 研究我国城市外来人口现行的社会保障问题。方法:采用随机抽样中的非概率抽样对北京等14个城市的7000名外来人口的年龄结构、文化程度、职业特征、收入状况和参与社会保险的状况进行问卷调查和统计,用SPSS软件进行相关性分析。结果:我国城市外来人口以青壮年为主,从业范围集中在制造、建筑等行业;外来人口养老、医疗、工伤、失业、女职工生育保险的参保率分别为13.3%、28.5%、31.1%、8.8%、0%。结论:我国城市外来人口各类保险的购买率普遍偏低;参保率与社会保险制度、企业因素、收入水平和外来人口自身等因素之间具有显著的相关性(P<0.01)。
