| 摘 要： | 基于“工学结合”的思想，根据SMT课程的特点和企业的需求，对高职院校常用的SMT实训模式进行了分析，提出并尝试了校内实训与校外实习、集中与分散相结合的校企结合培养模式，通过对双方资源的充分利用，实现了校企双赢。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the common practical teaching mode of surface mounted technology （SMT） in vocational colleges based on the practice of working and learning alternation in terms of the characteristics of SMT and business requirements. It proposes the combination of campus training and off-campus internship, unified and individual training. The combination makes full use of both sides＇ resources, achieving a win-win situation for colleges and enterprises. |
