| 摘 要： | 为探讨新疆少数民族大学生体质状况、生活方式以及两者相互关系,对新疆大学、新疆师范大学和石河子大学共1046名少数民族大学生进行了生活方式的调查和体质状况的测试。生活方式调查采用《生活方式自评量表》,体质测试采用《学生体质健康标准》。结果显示,新疆少数民族大学生生活习惯表现参差不齐,有相当比例的学生存在各种不良生活方式,主要表现在运动不足,饮食结构不尽合理,应激控制能力欠缺方面;同时,体育锻炼与身体成分、体质综合得分均呈现一定程度的正相关。
