| 摘 要： | 根据驾驶舱资源管理课程本身和教授对象的特点,将案例教学法引入驾驶舱资源管理的课堂教学是十分必要和有意义的.案例教学的进行首先要从多种途径获取足够多的案例,建立案例库,以便选取合适的案例进行教学,其次要在课程进行的不同阶段选择不同的案例教学方式.成功的案例教学需要教师对案例的精心准备、学生的提前预习,需要有目的、有针对性的、合理的选取和使用案例,并且要防止案例的滥用.
