| Abstract: | The comprehensive evaluation of running level and quality of higher educational institutes is a comprehensive judgment of the general running condition, process and achievements of higher educational institutes according to the policy and general aim of higher education and the specific requirements of different kinds of higher educational institutes. The main content is about the running condition, talents cultivation, scientific study, running benefit, spiritual elements, etc. The indicator system of comprehensive evaluation of higher educational institutes' running level and quality is the concrete reflection of the evaluative cdntent. |
