| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、数理统计、比较分析等方法，对CBA联赛服务质量进行分析，并与NBA联赛中体育服务质量进行比较分析与探讨，结果显示：与NBA联赛相比，目前CBA联赛在环境设施、场地器材等硬件服务方面存在着一些不足；在工作人员、活动内容等软服务方面CBA也有待于进一步的提高。

| Abstract: | Through using document,statistics,comparative analysis,this article analyzed comparatively the quality of serving between CBA league and NBA.The results show that there exist some limitations in environment,facility,place and equipments in CBA;and the stewards and contents of activity should be developed further more. |
