| 摘 要： | 面对经济、技术高速发展的今天,竞争的实质成为人才的竞争。图书馆人才的培养和流失,影响了图书馆的可持续发展。作者试从博弈的视角对之进行重新考量,通过建立、分析博弈模型,求出纳什均衡解,并以此为依据,结合具体实践探讨解决问题的途径。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy and technology,the essence of the competition is turning into the talent competition.Library personnel training and loss are affecting the sustainable development of libraries.From the perspective of the game of chess,this paper reconsiders and analyses models of chess game to work out the solution of Nash.Based on what has been found,the author probes into the channel of the solutions to the practical problems. |
