| 摘 要： | 要促进区域基础教育质量的科学发展,需要构建符合不同区域教育发展实际、不同教育主体多元化质量诉求的区域基础教育质量保障体系,包括确立基本观念、基本架构和运行模式,并形成多元融合的区域基础教育质量保障机制。这是摆在我们面前的一项紧迫任务。
