| 摘 要： | 大学作为传承文化的重要场所和精神文明建设的主阵地,不仅是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,还对社会有巨大的辐射和引领作用,而大学的建设与发展离不开和谐校园文化的支持。改革开放30年,开放精神对中国社会的发展,特别是对高等教育的发展产生了巨大的推动作用。新形势下,弘扬开放精神,培育大学和谐校园文化,对整个和谐社会的构建都有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Universities are not only important places in which culture is passed down,but also main fields on which spiritual culture is constructed.Universities are also significant parts of building the harmonious society,playing a diffusive and leading role in the society.In the meantime,the construction and development of universities can not live without the support of the harmonious campus culture.The 30 years＇ Reforming and Opening-up spirit has made great improvement on the development of the Chinese society,especially on the academic education.In this new situation,it is significant for the construction of the harmonious society to encourage the opening-up spirit and build up the harmonious campus culture. |
