| 摘 要： | 大学的历史积淀了大学精神,大学精神推动了大学的发展。大学精神涵括自由、民主精神,科学、人文精神,批判、创新精神等方面。随着市场经济的渗透和大学职能的扩展,当前我国大学精神出现了消解危机,其表征为：功利主义价值取向、学术失范日益凸显、人文精神渐趋衰微。鉴于此,欲重塑大学精神,实现我国高等教育的健康发展,就必须树立＂以人为本＂的办学理念,建立并完善现代大学制度,创建宽松和谐的校园文化。

| Abstract: | University spirits are formed up through history of universities,and will propel every university to step forward.The spirits of university crown spirits of freedom,democracy,science,criticism and innovation,etc.Along with market economy infiltration and the collegial function expansion,Chinese university spirits confront crisis of disintegration which is characterized by value orientation of utilitarianism,an increasing foreground of a compromise of science learning,gradual decadency of human spirit.In view of the above,school provision has to establish ＂people oriented＂ managerial idea,to found and consummate modern university system,and to cultivate harmonious campus culture,then university spirits could be reconstructed and finally the healthy development of higher education could be realized |
