摘    要:在素质教育背景下,学术文化社团的建设和发展引发了高校广泛的关注和讨论.同时,学术文化社团充实了素质教育的内容、巩固了素质教育的成果,对素质教育产生了积极的影响.在两者的互动关系中,学术文化社团既满足了学生的需求,又在学生人文素养、科学素养和职业素养养成过程中取得了不可替代的地位和发挥了重要的作用.因此,高校应构建“全员育人,高度自治,敢于质疑”的学术文化社团发展理念.

Abstract:Under the background of quality education, the construction and development of academic and cultural associations caused broader concerns in universities. At the same time, they enriched the content, consolidated the achievements, and produced a positive effect on the quality education. In both interaction, they not only met the students' demands, but also made irreplaceable status and played an important role in the process of the students' humanistic, scientific and professional accomplishment. Such academic and cultural associations as "full education, high degree of autonomy, and dare to challenge" are expected to build in colleges.
