| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法,以新疆国际沙漠徒步越野赛为例,分析了新疆沙休闲体育的开展现状,结果表明新疆地区有着丰富的沙漠资源,、良好的地域优势和独特的民族风情,具备了开展沙漠休闲体育的地域及人文优势,但由于诸多原因,开展状况并不理想,笔者提出了相应的发展对策。
