| 摘 要： | 为了解新疆地区警察职业院校学生的职业承诺水平及相关影响因素,采用自编的《预备警官职业承诺问卷》对新疆警察学院的693名在校学生进行调查,结果表明：新疆地区警察职业院校学生的职业承诺总体水平较高,具体表现为职业情感承诺较高,职业继续承诺次之、职业规范承诺最低;另外预备警官的职业承诺在性别、年龄、民族、专业、年级、是否担任班干部、家庭来源地、家庭收入情况上存在显著差异,说明人口学变量是影响职业承诺的重要因素.

| Abstract: | To know Xinjiang police vocational colleges students＂ professional commitment level and related factors of it, occupational commitment questionnaire was conducted among 693 students of vocational colleges, the results showed that Xinjiang police vocational college student＇s occupational commitment overall level is higher, the specific performance is that occupational emotional commitment is higher, vocational continuing commitment is the second and professional normative commitment is lowest; there are also differences in the gender, age, national difference, profession, grade and served as the class cadre, and there are significant differences in the family origin, family income, these demographic variables are the important factors that affec, t occupational commitment. |
