| 摘 要： | 入学适应问题是高职新生所面临的一个普遍现象.如何有效克服这种不适应,帮助新生顺利度过适应期,是高职教育工作者必须要解决的问题.本文概括了高职新生适应问题的主要表现,然后分析原因,最后提出解决对策,以期完善高职院校的管理和教学工作,提高高职院校学生的心理健康水平,帮助他们尽快适应大学生活.

| Abstract: | Entrance adaptation is a universal phenomenon of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges. How to overcome this inadaptation, help students smoothly through the adaptation period ,is the problem that higher education workers must to solve. This paper summarizes the main findings of higher vocational students＇ entrance adaptations ,and then analyses the reasons, finally proposes the solution countermeasure ,in order to improve the management of higher vocational education and teaching work, improve the level of mental health of college students, help them adapt to the university life as soon as possible. |
