| 摘 要： | 中共领导下的抗日民主政府在晋西北抗日根据地开展了形式多样的宣传动员工作,向根据地妇女宣传中共政策,而妇救会的宣传动员工作在组织发动妇女积极参加抗战、服务抗战等方面发挥了重要作用。
