| 摘 要： | 随着网游市场的不断扩大,网络游戏虚拟财产的保护迫在眉睫.司法实践中对于网络游戏虚拟财产的权利性质有不同的认定,学术界对其权利性质也有物权、债权和知识产权等不同观点.对此问题域外同样有不同的经验.对于网络游戏虚拟财产的权利性质的探讨,有助于发掘对当前频发的网络游戏侵权案件更加妥善解决的办法.

| Abstract: | With the expanding of the online games market, the protection of virtual property in the network games is imminent. In the judicial practice, the nature of rights for the virtual property in the network games is differently identified. And there are also different ideas such as the real right, creditor＇s right and intellectual property right on it in the academic circles. Abroad is the same. The study of the right nature of the virtual property in network games can help people to discover more proper solution to the frequent infringement cases. |
