| 摘 要： | 本文从礼仪、法律及法律素质的内涵入手,较为系统地阐述了礼仪与法律的辩证关系,传统礼仪观念和现代法律的冲撞以及继承传统礼仪文化的现实意义,并提出在继承中国优秀传统礼仪文化基础上提高现代法律素质的具体措施.

| Abstract: | This artical,begining with the definitions of "etiquette","law" and "law quality",analyses symstematically the dialectical rerationship between etiquette and law,the confkicts ketuiecn the concept of traditional eti quette and modern law,and the importance of interiting the teaditional etiquctte .It attempts to provide some specific measures for improvingg people's,law quality on the base of inheriting the superb culture of Chinese traditional etiquette,intending to bring about the transition of concept from traditional etiquette to the rule of law. |
