| 摘 要： | 首先在概述存储图书馆出现的动因与基本功能的基础上，探索了存储图书馆运行的结构模型；并根据长尾理论的原理，描述了合作储存和管理低利用率文献资源，聚合用户需求，实现该类文献成本效益最大化的功能实体示意图；最后，结合国内外存储图书馆的实践成果，提出了建设我国存储图书馆的若干方案与建议。

The cooperate preserve pattern research of low utilization ratio document resources in repository under the network condition |

| Abstract: | This paper first provides an overview of the emerging motivation and basic functions of the repository library. And then construct a run structure model. Then according to long tail theory, the paper describe a function diagram of the repository library which to bring about how to make the low utilization ratio document maximize the cost-effectiveness. Finally according to the construction results of the repository library at home and abroad, the paper gives building plan and recommendations to the repository. |
