| 摘 要： | 教师的职后教育包括教师学历的达标和非学历教育两个部分，它们各自有不同的目标体系。学历教育是一种学历达标教育，非学历教育注重教师素质的提高，包括新教师、合格教师和骨干教师培训3个教育阶段。
