| 摘 要： | 企业资源规划(ERP)已经在我国得到推广和应用。它代表一种先进的管理思想和管理方法,给我国的企业管理带来了一场新的革命。但它的实施效果却并不理想,其原因主要存在于企业和软件实施者两方。对这些问题进行分析与研究,将有利于企业更好地实施ERP。
