| 摘 要： | 通过对企业中的信息管理职员进行访谈和采用内容分析法,分析企业信息管理人员在职业环境和工作任务中的信息行为特征,并从业务素养和核心能力的角度分析他们应具备的信息素养。研究结果显示,企业需要加强对信息管理人员在人际信息交流方面的保障,更多地重视信息管理工作的桥梁和纽带作用,为他们提供更多的培训机会。
