| 摘 要： | 文章采用PEST方法,分析了图书馆管理创新的宏观环境,包括政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境和技术环境;从社会对于图书馆核心价值的认同、用户信息检索行为变化与数字信息环境带来的挑战,以及竞争对手分析等角度探讨了图书馆管理创新的微观环境。
