| 摘 要： | 综合实践活动是本次基础教育课程改革中涌现出的一种新型课程形态，要使其层层有效地实施下去，师资培训是关键。为防止培训效果的逐级递减，保证师资培训质量，做好市级师资培训工作尤为重要。本文就综合实践活动课程的市级师资培训问题，从培训的必要性、对象、目标、内容、方式以及组织、管理与评价六个方面进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The Comprehensive Practical Activity is a new course which appeared in this curriculum reform of basic education. The teachers' training is the key point to carry it out step by step effectively. It is very important to do well in the city-level teachers' training so as to prevent the training effort from being lowered gradually, and to guarantee its quality. The city-level teachers' training for the comprehensive practical activity is expounded in six aspects: significance, object, aim, content, means, organization, administration and evaluation. |
