| 摘 要： | 网络媒介管理需要遵循相应的原则制定法规和政策。我国互联网管理中存在着立法不成熟、层次低、同国际接轨力度不足等问题，对网络服务商、网络知识产权、电子商务、网络安全和外资准入等方面的管理与控制，要本着尊重网络自身规律的原则制定法规，依法行事。

| Abstract: | Network media should make regulations and policies according to the corresponding principles. In our country, many problems existing in the management of Internet such as immature legislation, lower level; insufficient integrating dynamics with world. Accordingly, we should make the regulation and act in accordance with the law adhering to the principle of network. For examples, we should strengthen the management and control in network facilitator, intellectual property right, electronic business, network security and foreign capital admittance. |
