| 摘 要： | 企业成本的管理是实现利润最大化的主要手段之一,组织好成本控制对全面提高企业管理水平,落实企业各部门责任,提高企业经济效益和竞争力非常重要。本文通过对施工项目控制管理的重要性、途径、方法等方面的描述来阐述项目成本控制在施工企业发展中的重要性。
