| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、SWOT分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析了河东体育文化在发展过程中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并基于河东体育文化目前的发展现状,提出了适应河东体育文化发展的四类战略:1)增强型战略,利用高校优势充分挖掘河东体育文化内涵,运用平台打造地方"名片";2)渗透型战略,进一步加强与校园合作计划,在传承的过程中创新河东体育文化发展;3)扭转型战略,科学制定保护河东体育文化的政策法规,着力打造"旅游+体育产业"快速产生经济效益;4)紧缩性战略,抓住河东体育文化的地域优势项目,打造局部优势的非均衡发展战略。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature, expert interview, SWOT analysis and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Hedong sports culture in the process of development. Based on the current development situation of Hedong sports culture. four strategies for adapting to the development are put forward. Enhanced strategy which make full use of the advantages of colleges and universities to tap the connotation of Hedong sports culture, and use the platform to build local"business card". Infiltration strategy, further strengthen the cooperation plan with the campus, innovate the development of sports culture in Hedong in the process of inheritance. Torsional strategy, scientifically formulate policies and regulations for the protection of sports culture in Hedong, and strive to create "tourism+sports industry" to produce rapid economic benefits. Tightening strategy, grasping the regional advantages of Hedong sports culture projects, to create a partial advantage of the unbalanced development strategy. |
