增值评价在体育学习评价中的展望

摘    要:增值评价关注学生的学习起点和教学过程,因其符合目标教学的"增值"和"净影响"理念而受到政府和学界的重视,我国也一直在探寻体育学习评价的有效方法。借鉴国际上增值评价的实践经验,利用多层线性模型对学生多年体育学习成绩的变化幅度进行增值分析,能对体育教学和教师绩效作出有效评价,为促进教育公平和学校体育改革发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Value-added assessment pays attention to students' learning starting point and teaching process. It is attached importance by the government and academia because it conforms to the concept of "value-added" and "net impact" of target teaching. China has also been exploring effective methods of Physical Education learning evaluation. Drawing on the practical experience of value-added evaluation in the world and using multi-layer linear model to analyze the change range of students' Physical Education learning achievements over the years, it can make an effective evaluation of Physical Education teaching and teachers' performance, and play an important role in promoting educational equity and school Physical Education reform.
