| 摘 要： | 非正式结构体育社团目前正成为武陵山片区城市广泛存在的自发性全民健身社会组织,研究该体育社团参与体育锻炼的制约因素可以为民族地区体育事业进步和全民健身发展提供有力参考。本文运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计等方法,通过对恩施市非正式结构体育社团不同性别、不同年龄以及不同学历成员进行随机问卷调查和数据分析。结果表明,性别、年龄以及学历层次均在锻炼参与制约因素方面存在显著差异。

| Abstract: | Informal sports associations are becoming the spontaneous national fitness social organizations widely existing in the cities of Wuling mountains. Studying the restrictive factors of the sports associations participating in physical exercise can provide a strong reference for the progress of sports undertakings and the development of national fitness in minority areas. By using the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a random questionnaire survey and data analysis on the members of the informal sports associations in Enshi City with different gender, age and educational background. The results show that gender, age and educational level have significant differences in the constraints of exercise participation. |
