摘    要:随着核心素养相关理论的提出,素质教育改革得到了强有力的支撑。在体育课程中,运动技能学习评价占据着重要的地位,为构建基于核心素养的大学生运动技能学习评价指标体系,本文采用文献资料法、特尔菲法、层次分析法等方法,在核心素养相关理论研究的基础上,结合体育与健康学科的学科本质及特点,对体育与健康学科核心素养的内涵及创新之处进行了深入的剖析。并以普通高校篮球选项课程为例,依据科学性、合理性、可行性的原则,构建出包含3个一级指标、6个二级指标和18个三级指标的学习评价指标体系,并且依次计算出了每一个指标的权重,旨在为高校体育教师在具体的学习评价实施过程当中提供有价值的参考依据。

Abstract:With the theory of core literacy put forward,the reform of quality education has been strongly supported.In the course of physical education,the evaluation of sports skill learning plays an important role.In order to construct the evaluation index system of College Students'sports skill learning based on the core literacy,this paper uses the methods of literature,Delphi,AHP,etc.on the basis of the theoretical research of core literacy,combined with the nature and characteristics of sports and health disciplines,to study sports and health disciplines In this paper,the connotation and innovation of core literacy are analyzed in depth.Taking the Basketball Optional Course in Colleges and universities as an example,according to the principles of scientificity,rationality and feasibility,a learning evaluation index system including three first level indexes,six second level indexes and 18 third level indexes is constructed,and the weight of each index is calculated in turn,aiming to provide a specific reference for College PE teachers In the process of learning evaluation,it provides valuable reference.
