| 摘 要： | 公民有序政治参与对社会主义和谐社会的构建具有重要意义。总体来看，目前我国公民政治参与的制度化、规范化和有序化程度不高，这直接影响着和谐社会的构建。在新时期，我们应按照和谐社会构建的要求，从经济、文化、政治和社会生活等各个方面、各个层次扩大有序的公民政治参与。

| Abstract: | Citizens' orderly participation in politics is of great cignificance on the construction of a harmonious society.Generally speaking,the current level of institutionalization,standardization and ordering of citizens' to participate in politics is not high,which directly affects the construction of a harmonious society.In the new era,we should expand citizens' orderly participation in politics at all levels,in accordance with the requirements of building a harmonious society in terms of economy,culture,politics and social life etc. |
