| 摘 要： | 素质教育是当前教育改革与发展的主题。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出中小学要由应试教育转向全面提高国民素质的轨道,要面向全体学生,全面提高学生的思想道德,文化科学,劳动技能和身体心理素质,促使学生生动活泼的发展。在全面推行素质教育的今天,学校武术是学校体育的重要组成部分,具有多方位、多层次的教育功能,充分发挥武术在中小学素质教育中的作用,对深化教育改革,推动学校体育全面发展具有较为深远而重要的意义。
